Norman was ACE. Really knows his stuff. When it turned out the problem was more serious, he called around, found the part, went and got it and fitted it. Highly recommended!

Only quibble is that Norman misplaced a part and has promised to get a replacement and fit it for us so as long as he does that we'll be very happy.
