Very happy with the service provided. Communication was good throughout and timing was perfect. Both jobs were done within the time expected and I had my car back when needed. I was informed of the issues the car had and was given a price in advance. After the repairs the car feels and drives a lot better. The quality of craftsmanship is very good.

Where do I start. I used Click mechanic following a telephone diagnostic with a mechanic who identified that my clutch was gone. I was quoted a fair price and the work was booked to be done the following day between 08.00 and 10.00. On the day the work was due to be carried out It got to 10.30 and no one had arrived. I phoned click mechanic and they confirmed that this was the time arranged and they contacted the garage who then informed me that my car would be collected before 22.00 hours and the work carried out on Mon. Obviously this was not what I had planned or booked. This would mean losing a day's pay as I'm a District Nurse and can't work without my car. I phoned a few local garages but it was too short notice to have the work done that day. I was very upset and obviously confused at what had gone on. I expressed my concerns to the resolution centre to be told that they had also quoted me the wrong price and that it would be a lot more expensive than the original quote. Again very confused but here comes the best bit the garage would be happy to complete the work on Monday not the planned Saturday for the original quote price. Obviously at this point I had no choice. To be fair Naz the mechanic who picked up the car and returned it when the work was complete was very nice and so far the car is running fine. It was just a shame that it was so frustrating and stressful on the Saturday. But NO I definitely will not be using click mechanic again or recommend them to a friend. Read more
