Brian was brilliant. He provided a detailed pre-purchase report on an Audi A5 I was looking at and picked up on things that weren't obvious from the Autotrader photos or were mentioned by the garage. This saved me a lot of time and money travelling down from Scotland as I didn't buy the car. His communication was excellent and he was very easy to talk to.
