Friendly open, and communicative.

Knew what the issue was, demonstrated it and sorted out coming back to fix it.

John was great, although I did feel sorry for him out there in the cold.

John was really friendly and very thorough with finding a fault with my car - when he did find it, explained everything, all sorted out and took great care. After having my car checked over by numerous garages etc. he was the one to find and fix the fault!! Would definitely recommend and use again!
