Work done had no faults and was completed with a good degree of care, correspondence between myself and the garage was sometimes a bit lacking as it was uncertain as to when the job would be finished - but they were always very patient and answered any questions. The time to make the repair was over a week, but the job was a complex issue which made it longer.

Saab 9-3 Thermostat replacement

He's was great - communicated very well throughout. Job booked in for was change of thermostat however He's went out of his way to check and ensure that this was the cause of the symptoms I had been experiencing, namely car engine not reaching operating temperature and heater fan blowing less efficiently.
After checking thermostat replaced and overall very satisfied with the work done.
