Phoned to say could get to me earlier as had early MOT slot. Left his van keys as "deposit" when he took car. Did service at MOT station and returned just after mid day.

Danny turned up on time and did the job as requested - drove to Scotland next day, fix performed faultlessly.

Danny was courteous and punctual. He rang before to discuss the problem and advise on how long the job would take. He arrived ready to go and was very helpful in advising us on the work that needed doing.

Danny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my car, he explained the issue and how he had come to the diagnosis explaining what would happen if i left it unchecked and outlined the issues and likely problems i would face if i ignored it, while not pushing any "hard sell" techniques.

Danny's mechanical knowledge is extensive and on collecting my car (Where Danny actually came out of his way to pick me up from home to do so!!) we had a detailed conversation where Danny explained to me in a way i could easily understand the fundamentals of how a clutch works and the nuances relating specifically to the clutches on BMWs.

As this is the first time i have used a service like click mechanic i was understandably slightly apprehensive about it but after my dealings with Danny i would certainly use it again. Read more
