Absolutely brilliant service, staff really friendly and I was kept informed of the work amd when the car would be completed. Work carried out just as described.

I had never heard of Click Mechanic, but they were fantastic from start to finish, Ollie was our mechanic, a lovely lad, I had a MOT and a couple of repairs and even washed the car for me before bringing it back. I will certainly reccomend them and use them again. You did a excellent job Ollie, Thanks.

The work was done ok, but the costs kept creeping up. It was clear from the original description what had happened and what would be required, but we ended up with a much bigger bill than our quote, and what we needed to pay for kept changing over the course of the day. (And if you're quoting for a car in a different city with a significant part missing, of course you'll need to collect it and bring it back, so why grumble about this adding to your costs).
