Initially I was a bit 'suss' as the whole thing seemed to be too easy! Instead of just booking, I phoned ClickMechanic and spoke to a real person! I don't remember the name, but he took the trouble to explain the procedure in a polite and knowledgeable way. This reassured me and I went ahead with the booking and opted for someone to come the next day at any time. The request was processed and a mechanic found. I was allocated Boby&Nina. As I had opted for any time (and I meant this), Nina called and rearranged the time to accommodate their workload. No problem. The appt was late in the day and with traffic in our area, I expected a delay. Nina kept me informed until she knocked on my door! I cannot praise these 2 highly enough. Boby is a fantastic mechanic. I particularly liked his attention to detail and not rushing to finish his last job of the day. His practical aftercare advice was very welcome. Kept fully updated on when they would arrive. Work carried out at home and quickly and showed old parts as proof which is refeshing.i would definitely recommend.
