This was my first time trying Click Mechanic and I’m pleased to say Bob & Nina we’re fantastic.
Had my front brake pads & sensors replaced at almost half the cost quoted my the BMW dealership and at home so no hassle.
I had good communication letting me know when to expect their arrival and the work was done much quicker than I expected so I can’t criticise anything as it worked well.
If you have any reservations a kit trying this service out Bob is great

Excellent communication from Boby and Nina leading up to their arrival at my house. They arrived exactly on time. I explained my issues to Nina as Bobby's English is very limited. They dealt with all the matters that I had raised and completed the work to a high standard and, more importantly, to my satisfaction. I was shown all the components that had been replaced and Nina gave me a breakdown of what work they had done and identified issues that I should look out for. Bobby and Nina were great. Gave me a text to tell me exact arrival time. They were efficient and knowledgeable.

Great job, 100% happy with the work, would happily use them again. They helped identify a couple of other faults that need dealing with, glad they caught those before they develop into a fault/breakdown

I was very happy with the speed and efficiency with which the repairs to my car were carried out. Both Boby and Nina were very polite and happy to help. I am very happy also with the standard of work, and would be happy to use them again.

Although it may be too early to tell, I think they did well. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very honest. It a shame that Brexit may stop people like them, hardworking and honest, coming over and contributing the UK.

Boby and Nina were fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. They did a fantastic job changing my timing belt, water pump, oil sump and front suspension in 29C weather! I highly recommended and will be booking again if I need any more work done.

Both mechanics were amazing, carried out the repair without any bother, thought those days were gone
