Unfortunately, the seller of the car emailed me 4 minutes before Rob was due to inspect the vehicle to say that he hadn't got the vehicle with him and it wouldn't be with him until that evening. (The booking was for 12.00-2.00pm). Rob was nearly at the address when I phoned him at 11.59. He was very understanding and even drove past the site address to check if the vehicle was there, which it wasn't. I had to pay a £40 cancellation fee, which to be honest I thought was perfectly fair.

Excellent service, top notch mechanic. Highly recommended. Brake pads fitted with care and diligence.
