My main requirement was to have the car MOTed and serviced at the same time. No MOT was done and when I contacted the mechanic, he said there was no MOT on his job booking otherwise he wouldn't have taken on the job as he is not reistered to carry out an MOT. Now I have got to get someone to do the same job again that I thought I paid for initially.

All good with work, however didn’t release that it was mobile service. Think it should be clearly described during the booking. I would prefer to have full service done in the garage. Wouldn’t be interested in the future of the mobile car servicing.

Mohammed was lovely. He checked the battery and found it was charging, but I needed to use the car more to keep it charged. He had brought another battery, but didn’t need to use it. He could have said - you need a new one, but he was honest and said just use the car more. So he saved me a lot of money for which I’m very grateful,
