Mohammed was lovely. He checked the battery and found it was charging, but I needed to use the car more to keep it charged. He had brought another battery, but didn’t need to use it. He could have said - you need a new one, but he was honest and said just use the car more. So he saved me a lot of money for which I’m very grateful,

Mohammed was OK. He did identify that it was a different problem than the one diagnosed but, was unable identify the exact cause of the issue. Unfortunately, I have insufficient funds to have the car diagnosed and repaired so, I will have to scrap my vehicle. I is a taxing set of circumstances. Mohammed seemed polite enough but, it was an expensive meet and greet.

Mohammed performed a vehicle inspection for me recently. I was very impressed by the quality of service and professionalism. He thoroughly checked every aspect of the car from the engine and transmission to the brakes and tires. This is the first time I have used click mechanic and Mohammad was great and certainly exceeded my expectations. I contacted click as my main dealer wasn't able to fit my service for 3 weeks. Mohammed was with me within a couple of hours and diagnosed my issues and booked in service. I will not be going back to main dealers again !
