James was great turned up on time just got on with the job even though it was a long day. Cleaned up after himself all sorted. Thank you so much

James did a clutch kit replacement outside my home on a residential street. Turned up within the alloted time frame and carried out the work promptly, he was very friendly and approachable. Would happily let him work on my car in future.

I couldn’t fault his performance.

You really couldn't wish for better. BMW trained 30yrs experience - over 400 jobs carried out, with over 200 taking time to leave reviews.
On top of that he's a really good bloke too. Knowlegeable Approachable & Personable.
Got in touch with us the night before, to pin down his expected arrival time to a 30min slot -vs- the 2hr window. Arrived on time.
Put down mats to protect the drive & keep clean.
Worked solidly like a trojan, for 6hrs - (I popped out every hour just to check he was OK - health and safety) and a quick chat on progress.
I've done 1/2 doz clutches/gearbox changes (pre health issues) - so I can recognise . .. a real & genuine pro at work.

James was a real professional. I’ve never had work done at home before, but wouldn’t hesitate to go down this route again, should the need arise.
I was fascinated by James’s depth and breadth of knowledge, and felt that my 14 year old Honda was in good hands. She now feels like a new car.
James’s manner was very personably, and we had a brief chat about our interest in mechanics. He is obviously very experienced, and I am delighted with the work that he has done for me.
