I must admit I was a little sceptical when I read all the rave reviews on Trusted Pilot but Mark turned out to be a really decent bloke who was friendly and knowledgeable and actually got my car started when the AA mechanic couldn't. The only reason for the 4 stars for punctuality was because Mark was later than he said but given the amount of time and effort he put in on my car its not surprising if he runs late between jobs; not really a complaint!

He was great, but for the price he didn't wipe down the mirror when he finished and the mirror wasn't an exact match like I was told it would be

Mark was very good and knowledge. He advised of some issues that I wasn’t aware of. I have since rebooked the repairs in with click mechanic. He didn’t have his computer with him to turn of the device light, this still needs to be done.
