BMW 1 Series Car Won't Start Inspection

No he turned up in a corsa. No van no tools. Can't trust his judgement was very unprofessional. Not the service I was expecting to be absolutely honest. Then to follow up with a quote of £1200. Sorry your service is a joke

I had arrived in between given time, I got long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter with tools for Major Jobs, but only this Customer needs Diagnose so I went to the Job in My 1.0L Vauxhall because its 22miles one way with heavy trafic at the time, when I tried starting his 2.0L BMW 1 Series I noticed straight away that the Engine has No Compression in any Cylinder and from Car Diagnose from ECU came as 2 cam sensor fault and Crank Sensor Faulty on Top of that no Compression on Cylinders , and the Engine bay under cover fill with OiL so there is major oil leak, so I told him it needs to be taken to our work shop for additional checks which is going to cost him Extra, I cannot understand the reason for this feedback, I had text him I can fix the Car, if not fix No fee charge as a Challange ( All my work comes with a Gurantee for the work I do) But he said not intrested, I cant be more honest than this.
