Absolutely great mechanic.

This is my first time with click mechanic and I had hoped to have the problem sorted on Saturday. I booked an 8.30 to 10.30 slot that was moved to 10.30 to 12.30. The mechanic came about 12 and spent about 10 mins on the car. I arrived back as he was leaving and basically told me exactly what the notes I had put on the job said. He then left saying we would need to book another appointment to get the part replaced. That first visit cost us £50 to be no further forward - not particularly happy. I am not a mechanic but my notes I feel should have given a big clue as to the problem. So if we do book another appointment we will pay for another hours labour (+ parts) when the sum of the two visits won't equal one hour.

Robert was skilled and what's very important to me very honest. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service he provided. He called well in advance and acknowledged the comments I had left regarding the job that needed to be done. He came well prepared and got my car sorted in no time. He was courteous and stayed in touch even after he had done the job. Highly recommended.

Mechanic came towards end of allotted timeslot, but in fairness he came within the stated window. I had to leave for an appointment so was unable to see him through the procedure but we had good telephone contact afterwards. He was very helpful

Absolutely awful. He admittedly had no idea about the make of my car, he could not identify the problem and he even went to leave my car with the roof off (he has DAMAGED my car and broken the electronic sunroof). I will be calling to resolve this or going to the small claims court and social media.

I was delighted by the service of ClickMechanic after a friendly and professional mechanic fixed my car exhaust system. He is also a good communicator and seem to focus on customer's need and satisfaction.
