i found the service was very good they gave me a time and they came to my home the dianosis was spot on and we made arrangements for the mechanic to come back and do the job work was excellent although a bit over priced but i needed it doing fast so thats the price you pay imvery happy with it and the car runs fine now

Robert arrived on time and got straight to work diagnosing an annoying rattling noise our car was making. He then came back as arranged with a replacement part and fitted it quickly and within the time we needed.

I cannot fault the punctuality and politeness of the mechanic that attended. However, I have been ripped off on the parts. £250 for an alternator and £142 for a battery is unacceptable. It is debatable whether the alternator needed replacing in the 1st place. I used ClickMechanic because I was out of the country and I needed the car repaired for when I returned to the UK. After this experience I will not be using ClickMechanic again.
