Yes the bloke that came to pick the car up was very friendly yes it was ok the work that was carried out and when I got the car back my glove compartment was open and in the glove compartment a clover was left off

Overall very pleased, despite a big issue arising. Car was collected as arranged. I was called a few hours later and told the clutch was soaked in oil due to a failed crankshaft oil seal. No chance of getting a replacement on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday so they worked with me to try and make return of the car to my daughter on the Monday as simple as possible. Daughter collected car in the afternoon and reported back to me that some electrical things were not behaving. Long story short, but the guys at the garage stayed open way after hours for me to return car to them for diagnostics. Ameer tried until about 8pm to solve the problem that even the very sophisticated diagnostic machine he used could not identify. It eventually proved to be a very weird fault that we solved together. Never seen it before. I cannot fault the time and commitment that was shown to try and solve a problem way out of working hours. They could so easily have told me to leave the car with them for the next working day. The clutch job was done well, we got tripped up by a very strange issue that could not be foreseen. The work was completed to a good standard. I hoped the works could be done on the driveway, but the car was driven away for the day. I was unsure about the insurance cover in place for this, but everything worked out fine in the end. I did not know what time the car was to be returned, but it appeared at 5:30pm.
