Vauxhall Astra Headlight replacement (passenger side)

Had to reschedule for next day than accepted booking, but communication was excellent. Punctual, took my car, fixed the headlight and called to update during the day as there was a complication, which they have also fixed. Brought car back earlier than expected. Will use for future bookings and recommend others.

The mechanic was friendly and helpful, but not punctual and a bit of lack in communication. there is definitely room for improvement.

Hi Sir ,
I am sorry that you feel that way but let me put few point to clarify the situation from my side.
1. when we got the car and ordered the parts from main dealers we were told that we will get them on Monday as one of them was a special order part and you were advised the same day that the car will be ready on Monday.
2. We answer your numerous phone calls since the job was booked and you were always looking for deadlines and time frame even before we got the car .
3.Part arrived on Monday were little bit late and were different from the one we took off we had to take it back to main dealers which caused a delay in finishing the job again you made few phone calls to us and you were explain the situation every time you phone.
4.There were circumstances beyond our control but after all that you were given the car back on Monday near to business finishing hours.
I do apologise if we have done any thing to cause you distress or inconvenience.
