James was fab and did an amazing job. We were not able to be there when he did the work, but he kept me in the loop and then let me know when the work was complete.

James was absolutely fantastic. He managed to get to me a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. Checked the car and put new pads on for me. Made sure it was safe for me to drive the 320 miles home and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. Put my worried mind at ease. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
