I was given a time between 08:00 and 10:00 for pickup of my car. Just before 10:00 I called the number I'd been given to ask if there was a problem. The gentleman I spoke to said that the person assigned the job had been called out on a breakdown, and he would check. Shortly after, he rang me back to say that the breakdown was a bigger job than anticipated, so he would come himself to collect the car. This he promptly did. This is known as 'going the extra mile'.

The garage was clean and had screen's and sanitiser available. Staff professional and communicative. Maybe should have done a test drive of the car before I left so problem could have been noted at drop off instead of after two phone calls later. So far pleased with the repair.

Excellent service. Dealt with the issue of the wrong pads/discs being sent promptly and kept me fully informed. They gave me a couple of options which was great.

The mechanic was friendly and polite when collecting and delivering my car. He answered the questions I asked without a problem.

Mechanic was very helpful however the parts needed to complete my job were scheduled to be delivered well after the time I was given to drop off my vehicle. This meant I had to while away 2 hours wandering around a unknown area.
