From the time he arrived he was very professional and went beyond his duties to get my car going as it wasn’t as easy as thought but with his knowledge and professionalism he got the car repaired and back on the road . Vauxhall Vectra Planned Timing belt and Water pump replacement but on inspection it was found the timing belt was snapped.

Hi was not that impressed. The mechanic could of sorted my car but insisted he was to busy to take on the job waist of my time.

Hi William, thanks for the review but that’s not entirely true. To clear up, I said it is not the type of job I wish to take on, given the vehicle has over 100k miles and had clearly been driven over a long period of time while overheating up until the water pump had seized and taken the timing belt with it. It would realistically have required a new engine upon strip down and that is a job I’m not placed to do mobile at a street side.
We spoke several times in the days leading upto the booking by call and by text so I don’t know how to communicate any better than that, sorry. I also collected the keys from another location (6 miles away where I didn’t have to) at an agreed time slot.
Doing that as you were working away and your girlfriend had no transport.
I suggested you had it recovered to a garage to carry out repair as the road where it broke down was heavily crowned to where jacking up the vehicle wouldn’t have been safe and it had passing traffic.

Really excellent. Morgan kept me very well informed on arrival and even offered to meet at my work if it was more convenient for me. He diagnosed, using equipment he had in his well stocked van, and repaired the fault very quickly and then took time as I had paid for an hour to provide advice to prevent it happening again.
