Really impressed with the whole set-up. Communication was excellent - with a couple of confirmation emails before the day, followed by a text and a phone call from Christopher before he arrived on the day. Christopher arrived in the allocated time slot, and he returned the car in the afternoon - as promised. Extremely happy with the work carried out and the 'heads up' notifications on a couple of things to watch out for in the future. Will definitely use ClickMechanic in the future.

The mechanic was punctual and did call to inform me of his arrival. The job seemed to be done efficiently however he said I would receive a text once completed but I had no correspondence after the job. My car was moved and hazard lights were also left on which I had to come out of work to turn off. Overall good but would have appreciated better communication.

Hi Anita, apologies that your experience was not 100% positive.
Your car was moved to the MOT test centre, on return your original parking spot was occupied hence the different parking place.
I did text you on completion of the job, I’m guessing poor network coverage or something similar is to blame there. Your keys were left safely with reception so you were aware of it’s return.
The hazard lights are an absolute mystery to me as I hadn’t switched them on, had the alarm been triggered possibly?

All the services we provide are mobile. So whether you need general servicing or a full diagnostic for your vehicle we will bring our tools and come to you whether that is at your home or place of work. If your vehicle needs to be taken to a garage we will do so and return it back to you.
The M.O.Ts are also mobile, so we will arrange with you to pick up your vehicle from your front door or from work, take it away & complete the M.O.T then bring it to the agreed place and time.
