Iain was polite, on time & knowledgable. He got on with replacing front discs & pads efficiently and explained the work done. I took a leap of faith in this online service, wasn't quite sure what to expect, but turned out to be a good experience after a mix up with the incorrect front discs, which clickmechanic resolved quickly.
I am now confident in using this service in the future.

Ian, carried out my vehicle inspection today, he spotted a few minor faults which i wouldn't not have found, which also reduced the asking price. He knew exactly what he was looking for on the Audi, this really helped. Well worth the outlay, and it gives peace of mind.
