Volvo V70 Timing belt/chain replacement

Andrew worked hard to fit the new cam belt. Due to a seized nut on the crank the job did not go as quickly as anticipated but he persevered and was successful in the end; just before it got dark! Would definitely recommend.

Called me on the way and asked for sellers number to call them, then called me to run through his report and problems with car, giving Frank and honest opinions, which is what I needed. Andrew has saved me buying a car that clearly hasn't been looked after and would have cost me alot of money in the future replacing the clutch etc. Thank you Andrew

Skoda Fabia Replace Battery

Andy was really nice. though I did notice the battery he said was 90 quid was selling online for 36 quid! so I do feel a bit over charged. He did discount me about 14 quid though. overall happy with the job though

Sorry that you felt overcharged for the job. However I did the job immediately and travelled a long distance across Bristol on a weekend day to fetch the battery for you in my own time and only charged you the retail cost, so technically the price I quoted was supposed to cover my fuel for a large van and part of my time. I am sure that other companies would not be able to this at such short timescales and in fact the job costs were not immediately reimbursed to my company for another few days. Thus allowing yourself to be back on the road immediately rather than waiting a few days.
