Terry was terrific. Confirmed the Pre Inspection within an hour of booking it online even though outside working hours. A courtesy call once booked to reconfirm booking and ensure garage was aware of visit. Call straight after inspection and follow up report received. Very clear, punctual, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
