Jack got straight down to the job - gave some useful advice on Heater Resister needed which I will make a booking for in a few weeks.

Advised on reason for brake squeals. Identified rear tyres needed replacing even though a tyre company had said they were ok. The click mechanic took a photo to show me and I was shocked at the cracks in the tyres. He hoped that replacing the tyres would solve the problem with the vibration, which is the main concern, but I still have the problem. The mechanic is coming back on Monday to sort the brakes and hopefully find the cause of the vibration. Am happy with the service and advice so far.

Jack arrived early after asking which is always good. Done the job quicker than expected and was spot on with everything he done. Hassle free. I’ll definately be using him again for everything else.

Jak came early and carried out the work super fast, he was really easy to get along with and could work around me which was great.

Jack came and fitted 2 new brake disks and pads to my Mondeo estate this morning. He arrived a little later than planned but owned the problem and was genuinely apologetic. He was courteous and approachable and cracked on with the repair with no fuss or issues. He was also able identify an additional issue which I'll need to remedy for to MOT. On the whole, I'd definitely consider using either Jack or ClickMechanic again! Thanks.
