Good service no problems but very surprised to be informed that the quoted supposedly fixed price had increased from £78 to £105 on arrival. For that reason will not use this service again

I was enormously impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of both the ClickMechanic and the local mechanics service. I was on travelling around the UK when a warning popped up on my dashboard about brake pad replacement. I wasn't near home but wanted the work done quickly. I contacted a dealership local to my next stop but I would have to drop the car off, make alternative travel arrangements then return to collect my car. ClickMechanic sent a local garage to carry out the work in the car park where I was! Not only that, it was far more competitively priced that the dealership - WIN WIN! The mechanic took the time to explain the work he had completed, advised me how to bed in the new brakes and stuck around to watch me drive up and down the car park to ensure everything was ok. I can't speak highly enough of both ClickMechanic or the local garage and will definitely look to use the service again if I find myself in similar circumstances. Read more

My first time using click mechanic and It’s been so easy to use with great customer service and work carried out on my car.
Had a full service carried out on my car by John and this was done right outside my home which was so much easier.
There was no waiting around for my car or struggle to drop off and collect. He explained the work that needed doing and I was later sent a quote for the additional work to be completed. Extremely efficient and did a great job so I’m now booked in for the further bits of work needed :)
