Very friendly and helpful with other questions i asked. Did the job great and will deffo use again. Fixed my problem quickly.

Midland failed to spot that both front strut suspension units need replacing and there’s also a knocking noise on rear suspension passenger side. Those need replacing but showed up as ‘Good’ on his report.

It’s now going to cost and extra £350 to get the work done, which if it’s been spotted. I could have haggled on price.

May just book the AA next time.

The mechanic that attended my pre-purchase inspection arrived on time and carried out the inspection. I was not there during this but the conversation I had afterwards and the report I was emailed put my mind at ease and my daughter has now purchased her first car. I have used click mechanic on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future. A very professional company through out.

We were extremely pleased with the speed of the response to arrange the pre-purchase inspection. As soon as it was complete the mechanic rang me and discussed the report that had been promptly emailed through. I found him very helpful and clear in his explanations as I am not a mechanic.
