Imran was nice and friendly. Only thing is I wish he'd told more of the information on the phone than when he returned the car.

You received the exact same Service this year as you did last year;
A call the night before, to confirm collection.
A call after the MOT Test Inspection was conducted, in order to let you know that the car was a pass.
A call when the Service Interval was completed, in order to confirm the return time.
There was no additional work done, there were no additional charges either, so, I'm not exactly sure what extra information I could have given you over the phone.
