Renault Twingo Diagnostic Inspection

I am extremely unhappy. I feel the car was not checked over properly and I will be paying again for a diagnostic with another company. Unable to fix the car this Saturday either as was agreed at the time. Three weeks?! Click mechanic unable to stop the payment! avoid!

Hi,I attended a job with description that “customer heard bang noise”. When arrived checked all four corner of vehicle and found OSF spring snapped. I was doing this inspection while you stand next to vehicle. Took a photo off snapped coil and showed you. Then even checked further checked top shocks mount to make sure they are not fractured. Once we found the problem next step is find a suitable date to fixed it which you wanted me to finish the job as even click mechanic offer you another technician do the job this Saturday but you refused and keep saying why I can’t finish the job?? The reason was this Saturday was our Persian new year. I believe I checked car property if you believe this is not the case and coil spring is not root of your car issue, and other garages found something else, then make a complaint. Read more
