I was very happy with the work he carried out and have no problem with him. He was able to come out and temporarily fix the car until the part (click mechanic had told me he already had) came through.

Click mechanic on the other hand were awful. Your customer servixe were terrible, you never got back to me or answered my emails and you lied when you told me the mechanic had the part, he didn't even know about the job until gone midday saturday!

So yeah, cant fault the mechanic but certainly wont be going through "clickmechanic" again.

I didn't meet Dean as he was booked for a pre-purchase check and the vehicle was at the sellers property, however he phoned promptly once he had finished and emailed the results within an hour of completion. He was very polite when I had to ring back the next day with further queries.
