F&M were really professional in their service. They contacted me well in advance of the appointment to ensure that they understood the requirements. Arrived early and took the car for the work (water pump replacement) and brought back the vehicle after carrying out the work. Excellent service & clear communication, would recommend to all.

This is the first time I have used a garage for a long time due to bad service so I was a bit apprehensive about using this service but they seemed to have been very professional and done all the work required so I would consider using them again.

Dan and Paul were fantastic. Their communication style was excellent and they turned up on time and did a cracking job. I'll definitely recommend them because the service that they provided to me is invaluable due to my distance from the garage were the vehicle I was to buy is located.

Slot was 8-10, I phoned at 10 and advised he was on route, turned up past 11am. That’s my only quibble, friendly chap, new pads on quickly and have total confidence in the work. Happily book again, would
Prefer it on time so we can get on with our day but it’s not a deal maker when this is so convenient.
