BMW 1 Series Glow plugs replacement

Mark was brilliant throughout.
Needed 4 glow plugs changed. Sadly one was stubborn,so risk/cost was to great to do the 4th.
But lots of in depth feedback for other jobs needed whilst he was under the bonnet. Videos and pics along the way gave you peace of mind. A great idea/website which i found by chance and mark was commendable in all areas..
Will happily use again.

Too early to tell but car failed MOT and Mark collected my Mercedes and repaired as needed for MOT.
Good price and well informed regarding pick up and drop off. Locking wheel nut tool broke while mechanic was fixing vehicle and I was charged extra for a new uprated set of wheel nuts even though it was not my fault but overall I am happy with Marks workmanship and knowledge.
I would happily contact Mark again if I require more work doing.

Unfortunately the locking wheel bolt key failing is a well documented issue across all makes but more so on the Mercedes-Benz type due to shallow design.
I can assure you this was unintentional & unavoidable as the bolt weakened on removal and failed completely whilst being refitted and torque set to specified tightness.
We managed to source you an upgraded high quality bolt set at a fraction of the Merceedes-Benz replacement cost hopefully reducing the chance this situation will arise again in the future.
Unfortunately, this did mean there was a delay in returning the vehicle as an extra 2 hours were involved removing, sourcing & replacing all locking wheel bolts to address the issue of the failing locking key for which no extra labour was added.

Mark was terrific - nicely on time, friendly and professional. He simply got on with the job with no problems whatsoever. We live in an apartment complex, so the parking is communal. Mark didn't interfere with anyone else's parking spaces, he parked his van in the Visitor's space and simply turned mine around so he could access the parts he needed, so no disruption caused in the neighbourhood. Will definitely be a repeat customer thanks to him!

MINI Mini Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both) Inc sensor, free off siezed calipers & clean rust from carriers. Inflate passenger side front tyre. Reset dash brake & tyre pressure warning monitor.
