Joe who I have now had for the second time (to fix separate problems) is as he was last time very efficient in dealing with the problem I would recommend him to everyone but if I did I wouldn't be able to get him when I need him because he would be to busy.

Joe, Has worked hard the problem, and fortunately it has turned into a major problem with the electronics. He has not given up and is making good progress.
