Sandor arrived on time and carried out a full service on my car effectively and provided me with advice on items that would need attention before the next service.

Sandor was helpful and explained everything. He was good at communicating via text before the job as I had a few questions.
When there were delays with the parts he was very good with handling the situation and also when he got here and realised the car was parked on the road which may have been a problem he just said don’t worry we’ll figure it out. Mr Sandor was a polite man. However, by replacing the water pump and the timing belt, he caused a problem in the timing itself. I had to take car to a Vauxhall garage to examine the electronic engine lamp that has suddenly come on after the completion of the job. Furthermore, the garage said that contaminated antifreeze has been poured into my car.
I would like Me Sandor to return and put right these issues that he’s created.

Sandor was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he explained the work that was going to take place, the usual causes for the fault and got to work without fuss. He suggested a few DIY tasks I should perform to clean and maintain the engine in my Polo which was really helpful. Easy guy to get on with who left the area in my car park clean and tidy. Would recommend!
