James was very thorough with the Pre Service inspection on a 335D. He explained a lot over the phone prior to and after the inspection. I also received numerous photos of all aspects of the car. I showed the owner the findings and managed to get a big discount off the asking price.

James was a nice fella. I was looking a Dpf clean. He said would be a waste of my time if he did a clean and I had another problem which was fair enough he recommended a diagnosis. James spent 1hr 30 on the car said the Dpf was running fine, showed me a problem with the boost but couldn’t be sure of the actual fault, said he would need more diagnosis. I had another mechanic come out he found the fault and fixed it.
