Ian was superb. He clearly knows what he was doing, was friendly, polite and very professional. Ian turned up exactly at the time he told me he would and rang the day before to confirm. He gave me some tips on what to look for in other areas of the car he'd noticed but didn't try persuade me to get other work done. I'd definitely use his services again.
