Booked in for 8am, received a call at 8 From Ben saying that he is running late and would be with me about 10. Have no problem with this as long as people tell you. Got to my house about 9.45 , straight onto the job (replace clutch master cylinder) and was finished less than 90 minutes later even though it was pouring with rain.Tidy work very professional would highly recommend

Clutch replacement carried out on our old Meriva, on our driveway in less than 4 hours. Great job completed by a knowledgeable and professional mechanic. Started slightly later than first planned but kept us informed and arrived bang on the revised time and we still got the job done on the same day. We understand that sometimes jobs take a little longer than anticipated so a couple of hours delay was not a problem for us. Would definitely use Essex Fleet Care again.

Essex man was extremely helpful and friendly . He presented a calm and positive presence which in turn gave me faith that he knew what he was about. Not cocky but seemed knowledgeable.

The mechanic was brilliant - knew what required doing & got on with it straightaway. Completed inside the specified time - road tested & handed over in a polite manner. Explained everything he did - would without doubt would used again.
