Can't say that mechanic was friendly as we couldn't communicate due to language barrier. I had to speak to his boss on the phone to explain what the problem was. I am happy with quality of the work done.

Arrived dead on time, car taken away and returned four and a half hours later, all fixed. Can't fault the service.

Capital MOT were great, can’t fault the service. Accepted the job straight away, gave a really good quote for my timing belt replacement, just a scheduled replacement based on manufacturers guidelines. Wasn’t actually aware of this until I had the car serviced at a large national chain last week and they told me that it was due. Quoted me double the price than Capital MOT and Click mechanic so absolutely buzzing with that as quite a big job. Got a call 2 days before our booking to confirm when they would be showing up at my house to collect the car, gave details of the job they’d be doing and also reassured me that they would have a look to make sure everything was in good working order (drive train etc. ) and give me a call if there was any recommended works. Arrived promptly first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment and returned the car just after lunch. We are happy with the diagnosis but the work hasn't been completed as he has been unable to source the part.

Picked the car up, got the work done as quoted and returned it quicker than expected.

Excellent.first time I have used this service normally have to take time off work.this was an excellent didn't need to leave the nursing home and was cheaper than a garage.thank you will recommend you to my colleagues
