Excellent - mechanic really knew the make and model, which helped. We agreed a likely cause of the problem and he towed the car in, but phoned to get approval when an extra part was needed. Car was delivered back to me by 5pm! Great receptionist at the garage who knew what was being done and kept me informed.

Michael was really helpful and had good comms! Overall the team did a great job and facilitated my niche requests (like special break pads and keeping the old parts). Would recommend to anyone looking for experienced garage with transparent/friendly staff.
