Jason was friendly and carried out the required work quickly - although he unfortunately didn’t have the heated glass as per the norm for my vehicle and did say he’d ring an hour ahead due to the change in time slot, which didn’t occur.

(No reflection on the mechanic) but I’d also say I felt overcharged by the website valuation . . Over £100 for a 15min job and when the part can be purchased new for around £10-20. In hind site, I Wish we’d looked at the self repair option.
