My.mechanic was awful. He did change the discs and pads, and drained my brake fluid, as I requested. However the broken one of the wheel nut bolts and further more, used my own brake fluid and still charged me for it! So basically he broke my car and stole from me. ClickMechanic didn't care about it and lied saying they'll look into it. Bunch of cowboys, liars, cheats and scammers! Good thing I paid for this on my credit card.

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the service l provided. But would like to state a few facts:
The booking was for front discs and pads and a brake fluid change.
First thing, yes you supplied 1 litre of brake fluid, where in fact l used 2 litres of brake fluid whilst bleeding system.
Also the booking was for front pads and discs, the bolt you had snapped previously, l tried to remove but like l explained to you was seized, which l would like to state ,l spent 1 hour trying to remove,which l did not charge you for! I also rang you and explained the situation and told you that it would cost you more money to remove studs, and in my opinion would cost more money then the car is worth, trying to save you money! If it’s off any help to you,l can pop round your house anytime and explain to you in person.
