Can’t thank Omar enough for not letting me buy a rubbish car!

He had great communication, gave a thorough report over the phone and online, he took photos and explained everything in good detail. He was knowledgeable and gave good advice with finding a new car. Really appreciated his help and was totally worth the money, he’s a nice guy and I felt he was honest and trustworthy.

Omar is very experienced and knows what to notice and report. He identified the oil leak around the engine and lower, the difference in paint and bad adjustment that shows the car may have been crashed on the passenger seat..

Omar was allocated to inspect my intended purchase in Birmingham today. He spoke to me over the weekend and we discussed the vehicle and my expectations. Omar arrived at the sellers location and completed the inspection and road test. He called me and ran through his findings. At no point did he suggest that I didn't buy the vehicle, however he did point out several areas of concern which cumulatively made it a no go to buy the car. If I hadn't received the benefits of Omar's experience and mechanical know how, I would have probably purchased the vehicle and been left to rue my lack of know how with bills and problems for the foreseeable future.
