Seemed friendly. Called me before heading over to the dealership to introduce themselves, which was a nice touch. Was happy with the inspection, expect the mechanic had an issue with the dealer and was denied a test driver. Instead of calling me whilst he was at the dealership, he called me after the inspection to let me know he was unable to test drive the car. Since I was paying quite a lot of money for the pre-inspection report, I would have liked to have been called whilst you were at the dealership so I could have resolve the issues with with regards to the test drive.

Omar was really helpful and friendly, I live 200 miles away so he checked the car over for me and found things I wouldn't have known about even if I'd seen the car myself. Thank you for preventing me from making what could have been a very expensive mistake!

Omar was excellent and inspected a van before I drove a considerable distance to collect it. He called me after the inspection and put my mind immediately at rest. He sent over the inspection report in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
