Omar did a pre-purchase inspection on a 65 plate BMW 3 series. Kept in touch well, report came fast. The seller complemented him on his knowledge and professionalism. Bought the car in confidence and am happy with it.

The inspection was seemingly thorough, upon taking the vehicle back found it had a big water leak.

I got under the car and found long term evidence of a coolant leak, this was missed by the mechanic.

I based my purchase on the mechanics incomplete report, what a mistake that was.

Now I’m stuck dealing with a leak and click mechanics complaint service is beyond poor. I have provided them with evidence that the leak was present at the time of the inspection and all of a sudden they stopped contacting me. I would never use them again and refer others to more reputable vehicle specialists in the future.

Very happy with Omar's service. I couldn't be there in person during the inspection but Omar called and patiently explained all the things that I should look out for after the inspection. During the phone call, he also reminded me to do the HPI check and all other stuff that I should be careful when purchasing a used car. The email report came very quickly after the inspection too.
