My part was delayed but because of the interactions I had with all of the staff, the time flew by and I had confidence in the work that was done to be able to make a 3 hour drive to Surrey the next day. Since this Monday’s disappoint Kent and time consuming, I was very nervous about the appointment and the mechanics’s reliability. But this time, I am very happy about the service. Also, the help from Monica and Anthony from the help dep, congratulate thier help and patience.

Brice Autos were efficient in informing me when they were coming to collect the car from my home which was not easy to find. After a conversation with the mechanic who was personally going to work on the car, he took it away to be repaired and brought it back in the afternoon all done. Although I couldn't see the work done on the car I took it to the MOT testing stations the next day and it passed so it must have been ok.
Payment was easily made once the work was done.
I would not hesitate to recommend ClickMechanic and and Brice Autos whenever work needs doing on it in the future.
