I would recommend George to anyone. He took my Volvo V60 for a service and MOT. He kept me updated all through the process, letting me know I needed new brake pads. When he delivered the car back to me he brought the brake pads to show me the wear. I appreciate honesty such as that.
The service was carried out efficiently and I received a full report.
Throughout the experience, George was polite, friendly and punctual. I have already recommended him to my husband and my friends, and will certainly ask him to service my car next year.

George failed to arrive on the first booking, giving us 52 minutes notice by email that he would not be attending. It was one and a half hours after he was due that I saw the email. A wasted morning when a courtesy phone call would have been better.
He arrived for the second booking two days later and completed the MOT pass and full service to our satisfaction.
Unfortunate start due to lack of communication.

Hi, I sent the email to you and click mechanic, as soon as i kmew i was unable to attend, which was around 8am, I was under the impression cm would have been in touch to offer another mechanic for the same day, had one been available. As for not seeing the email for 1.5hr later, that's not something I can control.

Amazing service! Was able to get me in quickly for an oil change and replace the bulbs in my headlights. Mechanic was friendly, quick and professional. I will be recommending this to my friends who find themselves needing some car repair.
