MOT and service were fine but I had also asked for a diagnostic for the repair of the BCU and the electric heater. Neither were fixed and I was told I needed an auto electrician but I already knew this as the faults were electrical. Not sure why you accepted the job when you don’t have the expertise to carry out a repair. A waste of £68

Great. I was called when the driver was sent out to collect my vehicle. The work has been done and as yet I have no complaints, mainly because i haven't driven the car however it was driven and delivered back over several miles - i've checked the dashboard brake warning and that's gone and all brakes showing good. I was also contacted when the driver left to deliver my vehicle back which was great too.
As it happens I was just called by the garage as I was writing this review to say they'd forgotten to put my locking wheel nut back and if it was OK could they drop it off on the Monday - no problem for me but nice to know that they let me know.
My review is based a lot on customer service which was excellent - i had all 4 sets of brake pads and sensors replaced which have all been done.
Very happy customer.
