First class in respect of friendliness and knowledge. You could easily expect that changing the battery on a vehicle is a simple task which perhaps could have been undertaken by the car's owner, that is until you see not only where the damned thing is situated and just what a complex item a stop/start battery installation is on a Smart car. However, as I looked on as Paul tackled the job it was instantly noticeable that he knew exactly what he knew what he was doing and made it appear old hat. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism.

second mechanic turned up got the right part fitted it, and did the job the first one did not fancy ta bob got there in the end
